Sabrina Domínguez

I’m Sabrina Domínguez, an educator, neurodiversity coach, and certified Positive Parenting Educator through the Positive Discipline Association. My passion lies in creating neuro-affirming spaces where individuals can embrace their unique minds and thrive.

For most of my life, I thought I was broken—not enough. But now I know I was never broken, just different. Understanding my neurodivergence changed everything. I’ve learned to embrace who I am and to treat myself with the same compassion I offer to others.

As an autistic, ADHD, and gifted individual, my journey of self-discovery was profoundly shaped by my two neurodivergent children. Through them, I found my true purpose—to help others understand their neurotype, embrace their strengths, and navigate life with confidence.

With extensive qualifications in education, emotional intelligence, and neurodiversity coaching, I specialise in supporting individuals, families, and educators in fostering environments built on understanding, respect, and empowerment. My approach is always strength-based, focusing not on challenges but on the incredible potential within each neurodivergent mind. I am also trained in Sensory Processing, which allows me to better support individuals in understanding and meeting their unique sensory needs.

I currently work at BeeUtiful Minds (Ireland), a hub for neurodivergent families, where I support individuals in finding community and embracing their authentic selves.

Jewellery has always been a part of my self-expression—I love wearing it, and as someone who needs to stim, I find it both grounding and comforting. That’s what inspired me to create a jewellery line with my sister, designing pieces that are both beautiful and functional for fidgeting and sensory needs. That is how Nádair was born.

Mariela Domínguez

I’m Mariela, the founder of Ostara, a sustainable shop rooted in mindful living. As a yoga teacher, my approach to life has always been about awareness, balance, and meeting people where they are—including myself. I’ve spent years helping others reconnect with their needs, but just a few years ago, my own understanding of myself took a profound turn.

When my nephew and niece were diagnosed with autism and ADHD, my sister, Sabrina, suggested I get assessed too. She was right. My autism and ADHD diagnosis changed how I relate to myself—I finally understood my needs, respected them, and started shaping my life in a way that truly fits me. For the first time, I felt fully myself.

One day, chatting with my sister, we realised we both gravitated toward the same kind of jewellery—pieces with smooth textures, lightweight designs, and subtle fidgeting features we instinctively used for comfort and focus. That’s when the idea for our sensory jewellery line was born.

Designed by two neurodivergent sisters, for the neurodivergent community, our collection is about more than aesthetics—it’s about connection, balance, and embracing what feels right for you. With Ostara already promoting mindful and conscious living, creating a line that supports sensory needs felt like the most natural next step.

True to your nature, always.
