Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns

Exchanges
Eligibility: Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. Process: Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days. Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Return Shipping
If you choose to return items using a carrier, you will be responsible for all associated return costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery method and keeping your proof of postage. Items should be returned in their original packaging to protect them during transit. Please allow sufficient time for your return to reach us. Returns received outside the specified timeframes will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

Exchange or Store Credit: Clothing and accessories returned unworn, in a saleable condition with tags attached, and with proof of purchase are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 10 days of the purchase date. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase when making a return or exchange. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
